What is it?

Puts golf courses in touch with financial institutions which provide financing options in the form of debt instruments (i.e. loans). We screen opportunities for financial institutions and find the right option for both the golf course and the financial institution. Not all golf courses will find debt options.

Out screening process includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Financial statement review (mandatory)

2. Running a financial analysis, per our model (mandatory)

3. Review of facilities, either in person or via digital photos or videos

4. Owner, employee, and client interviews
